Join us this week! All are
welcome. The first part of our mission
is To Know Christ. We do this through weekly worship services. Our family of
Christ also gathers for fellowship throughout the week.

Description of
Worship
Traditional,
English-language worship: Liturgy, hymns, special music and Biblical
preaching are the basis of Capitol Hill Lutheran's worship services.
Occasionally there are new and unique elements to the service, but the
structure remains traditional. We use the Lutheran Book of Worship and With One
Voice, hymnals created by the ELCA, for our worship services.
Vietnamese worship service:
A worship service in Vietnamese is followed by Bible Study, led by a Vietnamese
lay leader. Vietnamese members join the English-language worship communion
service on the first Sunday of each month.
Sudanese worship service: A Bible Study is followed by a worship service
in Nuer, led by a Sudanese lay leader. Sudanese members join the
English-language worship communion service on the first Sunday of each month.
